AGOC has been recently engaged in a major review of its company strategy and we are pleased to outline our Strategy Option, being those objectives which form AGOC’s strategic focus.

AGOC believe that the above Strategy Option will result in a strongly performing, standalone KJO organization, prepared to face future challenges with oil and gas exploration and production in Al Khafji. Outcomes from the strategic planning process will be incorporated into an annually updated, Operational Plan and Business Plan. The Business Plan is based upon a five year forecast and incorporates partitioned Neutral Zone operational strategies.
