Mr. Weems has over 20 years of experience working for multi-national petroleum exploration and development companies, including positions as Audit Manager and International Accounting Manager.

His assignment from Saudi Aramco to AGOC began in 2004 as Treasurer and Controller and then as CFO in December, 2008. Prior to joining AGOC he worked as a Financial Analyst in Saudi Aramco’s Gas Ventures Department on the Core Venture Projects related to the Natural Gas Initiative and negotiations with the IOC’s. This was followed by work in the Financial Accounting Department on numerous internal projects including a due diligence team.
