Dr. Al Malhan’s professional experience has included 7 years with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in Riyadh and 12 years of with Saudi Aramco, prior to his first appointment with AGOC in April 2002. His first AGOC assignment was to the position of Assistant to the AGOC P&CEO, in addition to Joint Operating Committee Secretary (KJO).

Dr. Al Malhan held various positions within KJO, including Acting Manager for Management Liaison Department, Community Services Department, Medical Services Department and Public and Government Relations Department. In 2004, he was appointed as Manager, Medical Services Department and subsequently returned to AGOC as Executive Director, Human Resources in 2006. In July 2009 he was appointed to his current position as Executive Director, Industrial Services (EDI), which he holds for both KJO and within AGOC.

Dr. Al Malhan continues to maintain his membership within several professional, public and international institutions.
