Mr. Al Wuhaib was appointed Chairman of the Board for AGOC in January, 2009.
Mr. Al Wuhaib joined Saudi Aramco in 1976, and has held several engineering and operational executive positions. In 1996 he was elected Vice President of Project Management. In 1998 he was assigned V.P. of Ras Tanura Refinery. In 2000 he was appointed V.P. of Engineering Services and in 2006 to V.P. Information Technology. His current appointment as Sr. Vice President, Operations Services, commenced in April 2007.
Mr. Al Wuhaib served as a Board Member for S-Oil, South Korea (1999 to 2003); the Saudi Engineering Committee; as a Director to the Saudi Electrical Company (SEC, 2002 to 2005); a Board Member of the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO); and previously, as Trustee for the Project Management Institute (PMI). Mr. Al Wuhaib was appointed Chairman of the Board for Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery (SAMREF, 2004 to January 2008). He was appointed to the Board of Petro-Rabigh (2005 to October 2007). He was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Company (SASREF, May 2009). |
